# Private AI Sovereignty Standard (PASL) & Manifesto

> Otevřený technologický standard definující šest úrovní suverenity privátní AI (PASL L0–L5) a technologický manifest pro lokální inteligenci na vlastním hardware. Slouží k nezávislému technickému hodnocení systémů umělé inteligence z hlediska fyzické lokace dat, kryptografické izolace a deterministických mantinelů.
